Helen Spicer

Master of Health Counselling | ACA Level 4 Counsellor | PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor | ACA Clinical Supervisor | Telehealth & In-Person Support (Morwell and Traralgon)

I am a qualified counsellor registered at the top levels with both the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and an ACA registered professional supervisor. I offer in-person counselling and supervision in the Latrobe Valley, Gippsland, and provide flexible online support via Telehealth to individuals and professionals across Australia.

I have a strong background in supporting people through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions. Whether you’re facing a major change, navigating personal challenges, or simply needing space to reflect and regroup, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Over the years, I’ve felt privileged to be invited into people’s lives during times of struggle, growth, and transformation. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, helping clients explore ways to enhance their wellbeing and move forward with confidence.

In addition to counselling, I am trained in clinical supervision, offering reflective space for both individual practitioners and groups. Supervision is an opportunity to deepen practice, build insight, and support sustainability in often challenging roles.

If you’re looking for a supportive, experienced counsellor or supervisor, either in person or online, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Anastasia Auld
PACFA Certified Practising Counsellor | Master of Counselling

I believe that many of the struggles we experience as adults are not signs that something is wrong with us, but signs that something important in our story needs attention, understanding, and healing.

I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, reoccurring conflicts, self-esteem concerns. I have a particular interest in attachment, relationship patterns, perinatal mental health, and helping people move beyond survival mode into a more meaningful and connected life.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, psychodynamic approaches, and other evidence-based modalities, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I work with individuals and couples and offer both in-person sessions in Melbourne (Suit 204 at Level 2, 566 St Kilda Rd Melbourne, 3004) and online appointments Australia-wide.
